Thorough cleaning of stencils

Optimal cleaning of stencils (framed or frameless stencils) as well as VectorGuard stencils is a must as well in electronics as in the solar industry to assure reproducible quality and low production rejects.

Residues and contamination from SMD-adhesives and SMD-paste on stencils and screens particularly in the apertures lead to printing mistakes in PCB assembly manufacturing or to malfunctions of the final product.

With this particular process, besides adhesive and paste removal from stencils, also misprints as well as solder frames and solder carriers can be cleaned of solder paste, conductive adhesives, SMD adhesives, flux, oil, dust or grease.
