Special contact devices like test heads, test sockets or interface blocks are typical products combining the FEINMETALL core competencies in one product.

Additionally to standard components we manufacture customer specific contacting solutions - even for small quantities.

 

Feinmetall offer the following solutions:

• Test sockets with special fine pitch contact probes.

• Test heads with contact probes for contacting centers down to 50 mil.

• Test heads for fine pitches in buckling beam technology.

• Test heads and interface blocks for high current applications.

• Tester specific interfaces (e.g. pogo towers or pogo rings).

• Standard interface blocks in various implementation, also customized.
