An important element of process security in electronics production is the maintenance cleaning. Maintenance cleaning applications secure process reliability. Solder frames, solder carriers or solder pallets, condensation traps, filters, coolers, plates, reflow-ovens, wave soldering machines - all these components and parts need to be cleaned on a regular basis in order to reduce production rejects.

A main task here is defluxing, the removal of burned-in fluxes and also the cleaning of novel colophony-free no-clean flux residues as well as gas condensate from solder farmes, carriers and masks with environmentally–friendly water based detergents.
